• We will be responsible to deliver your content to online viewers with no necessary support on your end. You provide the content we'll handle the delivery via an online player
• We will not sell hard copies or downloads of your DVD, all videos must be watched on our website.

• payment will be issued once we have reach the amout your specify on your sign up form. After your specified amount is reach we will send your payment the following monday by paypal.

  We do not offer editing services, all unedited DVDs will be refused and kept unless you the sender pays return shipping no later than 7 days after we contact you. 

• by submitting your video you agree; that you the owner is fully authorized to make decisions with sales of the content you are sending to be listed.  
• pornography is not allowed in our playlists and should not be mailed to us
• you the supplier will only be paid when sales are generated. Consignment service
• by sending your DVDs to be added to our playlists you give us the full right to use your content in any way to promote your video, generate sales, etc...
• you understand that we will not sell hard copies or downloads of your videos.
• we reserve the right to refuse DVDs
• this is not an exclusive deal, you may use all possible option to sell your content in any way available to you.
• you are fully responsible for all payments and royalties to artist, actors and all others involved in or associatied with your video
• you may cancel at anytime by sending us an email from the email address that's linked to your contents 
• there will be no charge to you for the posting process
• payout Head Gone Inc will deduct $1.20 total from all pay watch sale regardless of your set price. Min price $3
